The app kept showing an error asking me to connect to a better network, but I’ve already tried every possible connection. What’s strange is that the issue only happens when I use the app on my iPhone 16 Pro. It works perfectly fine on my smart TV.
To watch even one episode is a struggle. It keeps buffering, and I have to switch data on and off, close the app, reopen it, and after a few minutes the problem starts again.
This problem has been going on for months. Please fix this ASAP. I’ve been patient long enough.
Or should I just cancel my subscription? This feels like a waste of money and I’m really disappointed.

I even paid for subscription but it keep on loading???? Like i need to get out from the app and search for the story again to resume watching and its goes on for like multiple time every episode. So whats the difference with having to stop watching when an ads pop ups? Finishing a whole series just took a lot of my timr that it made me feel so annoyed to even resume the series.
