Been using this for over 3 years in general it has been good somethings it can be flakey lots of +stop/buffering etc but usually after a few mins it settles down and works.  I have it working on iPhone 7/ 8 Huawei and ipad 2.
One feature we would like is ability to remove keypad button from main device screen for the smaller cloud connected devices making camera picture bigger in landscape mode . The only way to do this currently is to rotate the device which we cannot do with the fix mounted ipads at our shops. a button or swipe control would be great to get landscape 
 screen with no buttons !😁😁😁
