I was scrolling on Facebook and saw an advertisement for Vocabulary. I clicked the learn more tab and it connected me to a different page and asked me to fill out a questionnaire.

I followed said steps and now I’m locked into a recurring plan for approximately USD$15 but I can’t use any premium features and i am unable to unsubscribe from and the help centre is a joke and unhelpful as no one gets back to you like it says it will

Overall a nice app to use, deleted as I came across some words that had different definitions to what merriam Webster or google had it as. Not often, maybe 2 or 3 but what’s the point if I have to double check. Didn’t see an option to report a word but maybe I missed it.
