## Vodafone KVIFF Guide Description
Vodafone KVIFF Guide is the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival’s new mobile app, designed to guide visitors throughout the entire festival.

Besides a complete catalogue of films, it also contains trailers and the festival program. Registered users can plan their own program and create lists of their favorite films. Holders of a Festival Pass and accredited guests can also use the app to reserve tickets.
In addition to the film program, users will also find detailed information about the program of accompanying events, maps, tips, advice, and news – all designed to help them navigate the festival. The app also delivers notifications about the most important information that audiences definitely should not miss out on.
And as a bonus, users of the Vodafone KVIFF Guide app can follow the festival’s non-stop official television station, KVIFF.TV LIVE, featuring live broadcasts from the red carpet, interviews, film introductions, news and reports about events at the festival, a guide with Janek Rubeš, polls with Karel Kovy Kovář, contests, discussions, surveys, and much more.

Festivalová aplikace je po letech už docela pěkně vyladěná. Letos oceňuji pěkné tipy a souhrny dění na hlavní stránce. Rezervace fungovaly v pořádku  - vždy je velký zájem, tak je jasné, že každému se to nepodaří, já jsem byl neúspěšný jen jednou, když jsem zkoušel Kinosál B, který je prostě malý... 
Co bych vylepšil - aby šlo prokliknout název filmu a dostat se na detail přímo z rezervací. A také mě překvapilo, že je nutné mít nejnovější iOS...

Na iPhone velice špatně funguje rezervace , na pasy na celý festival byli úspěšně rezervované jen 2 filmy , ostatní se hledala místa v sále i 60 min., poté byla rezervace neúspěšná , velká nespokojenost

### **--- "Prosím sjednoťte fungování aplikací."
Aplikace pro Apple je víceméně nepoužitelná pro rezervaci lístku. Na rozdíl od androidu musíte aplikaci v 7.00 znovu spustit aby šli rezervovat lístky, takže šance úspěšné rezervace je minimální, protože lidi s androidem vás předběhnou.
 Pomohlo by taky přehlednosti kdyby se dal program zoomovat a oddalovat. 
Možnost mít v aplikaci jen 2 festival passy dost komplikuje rezervováni, pokud zrovna nejste v páru.

Jedinou chybu vidim v tom, že přesto, že každý den se snažím rezervovat filmy v 7.01 (dřív to nejde), je úspěšnost třeba pouze 1-2 filmy. Vzhledem k tomu, že člověk nemůže zvolit víc jak tři snímky, nemohu využít možnosti 3 filmů.

Reservation system is heavily bugged. i am using iOS 17 and first day with registered Festival pass requests sent seconds after 7:00 were being processed over 23 minutes with error saying i need to cancel/delete reservation and try it again. absolute nonsense. if Vodafone developed this i would sue them because this is worse than using text messages on festival couple of years ago.

7:40 - od 7:00 čekáme na rezervace filmů, zatím žadné výsledky
Celá aplikace nedokáže ani základní funkce, některé důležité funkce jí chybí a celý proces získávání lístků je stresující a nepleasantní. V androidu jde aplikace výrazně lépe než v ios, důvod neznámý. Starší mobily ios nedokážou podporovat aplikaci kvůli nové verzi ios, která nejde nainstalovat. V aplikaci nejde přidat více jak 2 lístky z nepochopitelných důvodů, pro rodiny výrazně nepříjemná situace ještě více zhoršená díky nepodporovaný verzi ios. Aplikace sice dokáže zařizovat lístky ale výrazně rozšiřuje nekomfortní atmosféru do rodin, mezi přátele.
