No limit on how many recordings. No per minute fee.

Problem in accessing my recordings
I am shocked and frustrated as suddenly I am not able to access my recordings saved on voice recorder app. Can’t even transfer the files to my desktop.It shows files and space taken by the recordings on my app. Please assist asap

I paid for the transcript but that does not work at all.
Help. Unable to delete a file
I want to delete some audio files, but I can not see a delete button anywhere. I also do not know where is it saved. I can not name the recording. Please help. App doesn’t start immediately. Error message comes consistently.
