Can the Action Button on the Apple Watch Ultra 3 be used to launch third-party apps instead of the built-in Voice Memos app?**

I would like to configure the orange Action Button on my Apple Watch Ultra 3 to launch a third-party app instead of the default Voice Memos app. Is it possible to set it up to open a specific third-party app, provided it supports integration with the Action Button? If so, how can I do this, and are there any limitations to which third-party apps can be used?

Additionally, I have a request regarding the Voice Memos app or any third-party recording apps used with the Action Button: when playing back recordings on the watch, please ensure that the recording time is displayed as positive (e.g., counting up) rather than negative (e.g., counting down). This would make it easier to track the progress of the playback.
