Impossible to contact someone. Only AI who keep repeating question . 5 days wait for a invoice . I keep asking for invoice for my boss refund . 5 days for a computer invoice? Very limited menu on website . Very frustrating I keep requesting email recovery code . I never receive any email . Crap app , basic company . Very bad support option .

Truly amazing app. Can’t reach out to any so-called “customer care” or secure a ticket. So I booked 4 times with them yesterday, return tickets Beijing to Seoul, such a waste of time. It could be because of the ongoing situation in China and flights are being canceled at the moment. It’s good that they at least refunded everything within 12 hours. Other than that, I don’t know what to say. I’m less mad now cos I booked from another channel.

Yes, this app shows your trips. But if you ever need to contact a human being at this “company” forget it. I despise them and will never use them again.

Fake details on the website. Book flights, then we are received a phonecall from the customer service, this flight is not availible for this price I paid for.... Then they give “offer” for double amount. Very dissapointed.

What’s the main thing you want from a flight app?! To check in! So you select your seats and finally get to the bit where on every other flight app you can download your boarding pass but here no, there is a button to send you to Bravofly website. If that worked it would be fair enough. But it sent you to last minute.com where there are hundreds of airlines listed none of which are Bravofly or Star Express. Eventually had to come out of the app and hunt around for star express website. Even then had to take screenshots of boarding passes as the promised email never materialised. Useless, sorry to say.

Very useful for browsing flights and then the actual booking process is simple too. Shows upcoming flights. When I needed customer support to make a change it was also good. Only downside is that the default when confirming is to buy the cancellation insurance it’s a great feature and good value if you need it but the app could make you buy it by mistake.
