Volt is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. All plans currently include a free trial period. You can cancel any time. If your subscription includes a free trial, your iTunes Account will be charged at the end of your trial, unless you cancel at least one day before the end of your trial. If your subscription does not include a free trial, your iTunes Account will be charged at purchase. All subscriptions renew automatically, which means your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal at the same rate within one day before the end of your current billing cycle, until you cancel. En realidad es perfecta, solo hace falta agregar otros idiomas, lo cual haría más amigable su uso. Los nombres de los ejercicios pueden permanecer en inglés (lo cual lo hace más genérico y fácil) pero las instrucciones, los coaching y demás podrían dar más opciones de idiomas, además en las opciones de implementos podrían otorgar mayor especificación, así la app modificaría según la cantidad de peso que tienes por implemento cuál podría ser el ejercicio más adecuado. 

Pero insisto la app como método de entreno, si tienes conocimiento de ejercicio y no necesitas a alguien atento a tu ejecución de estos es genial, su planificación y Cortex generan resultados a mediano y largo plazo.
