VOO: a mart in an app

For a year they have been delivering across my street (yes literally across the street) and for a year I have been asking them why does this happen when their delivery associates literally pass from under my house to go the other side but their answer was always eno the system is slow. My guess is that the system only delivers for “rich areas”.

I’ve made a lot of orders at this point and never faced an issue. Their delivery is smooth and fast. They also offer a lot of nicotine products that are not offered on other platforms. Their inventory could use a bit more variety but overall it’s a great app.

Good products and everything, Just the delivery takes to long. Over 30 minutes delivery isn’t okay… I would recommend other delivery apps.

I've had a terrible experience with Voo. Despite their constant promotions claiming they offer "fast delivery," my orders have consistently taken an hour or more to arrive. This is nowhere near the level of service they advertise. What makes matters worse is the customer service. When I tried to address the issue, I was met with automated responses that didn't resolve my concerns. It's incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and unvalued as a customer. I expected better from a company that markets itself as quick and efficient. If you're looking for reliable and fast delivery, look elsewhere. Voo has been nothing but a disappointment.

I can’t view the full range of products because I have to log in first. But I’m not able to log in because of a problem with the server. I suggest you give us access to the full range of products until you fix the log in problem.
