Takes so long to get any kind of reply, then they just disappear and stop replying mid chat. I cannot get answers to my questions. Information is easy to access and finding out information about the medication and plans is very simple. However, I was enticed by Voy due to its coaching aspect and someone is there to help you through and support you on a weekly basis. I had an initial chat with a dietitian who I thought would regularly check in with me and chat weekly about what goals I need to do and what to implement. But, there’s been nothing. I haven’t had any “check-ins” by my Dietician or follow ups to my initial meeting with her. I’m a bit disappointed with that as it’s one of the big reasons I wanted to use Voy. Logging weight and navigation is super easy, and the usage guide is fantastic and easy to follow. Lots of opportunities for support and finding more info. Nice graph and shows % lost. My only suggestions are: 1) add a step for dummies about how to remove the needle, by putting the cap back on or another safe method? I couldn’t get it off without poking my finger and had to google that bit! 2) make it easier to change order date. I eventually managed with nice help from Ed in support, and then only on desktop site, not in app or mobile site. A feature similar to HelloFresh/GreenChef apps to tweak delivery day would be ideal. 4/5 for the app, 5/5 for the programme itself, I feel like I’m eating & drinking with intention, have more energy, and in turn sleeping properly. I don’t think I’ve experienced such bad customer service in over two decades, if not longer. They are refusing to replace a faulty pen, and have now started treating me like an absolute idiot. I am recording every interaction with them and decided to put in a claim to PayPal as they have not provided what they said they would provide. They do not have their customer’s care as their first priority. Very upset and probably going to switch to Asda once I eventually get a refund. Mine has been fine for the last couple of weeks but previously kept going wrong. It took me back to ‘let’s get started’ and would not accept my log in details. Getting help from online chats did not help, just went over the same scripted messages each time I reached out for help. I had to just keep trying at times for days to get it back. However now it works I use it to read the tips and log my progress which is very good. I did read I would get a 30% price reduction if I got the app but that didn’t happen and despite contacting customer service and my coach still not sorted so going to ring today.
