A rip-off
You claim to provide a seven-day trial period but quickly issue an annual subscription irrespective whether one was interested in issuing such a subscription. I downloaded the app for not more than ten minutes to test reliability but now find myself with a one-year subscription until 2022. A real rip-off if you ask me! The typical ‘its not us but someone else’ excuse, mixed with the classic ‘Hey, everyone else is happy except you!’ pathetic response. Says enough for you inexistent customer service. Buyers beware!
