Warning! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS VPN
I have emailed customer services to sort out connection issue as I keep getting disconnected. Biggest mistake for renewing my subscription as I never had any issues in the past. I had been a customer for at least 5 years. I had requested for my money back but they keep repeating the same response of “following up on a last conversation…” - my response is still the same. VPN keeps getting disconnected. Since I had only renewed my membership less than a month, I feel it is only right that you refund me back the money I paid.
Worst vpn I’ve tried
The UI is pretty shoddy and the whole app experience just feels cheap and tacky. Not to mention that it just keeps disconnecting me so I keep having to turn the vpn back on. Not impressed at all. Much better vpns out there. Don’t waste your time with this one.

MY BANK IS PURSUING THIS APP FOR FRAUD
After deleting my account on this app, it has still been making the withdrawals from my bank account every month. When I contact customer support stating this, I am met with an automated response telling me to log in to my account to solve the issue. But I cannot as I don’t have an account? Contacted my bank, told them the situation, told me they are now conducting a fraud case on this app. DO NOT USE THIS APP
