VPNSecure VPN

I have to delete the app and reinstall it every few days if I want it to work. Really really frustrating, especially when traveling, to have to continually log back in, reinstall, clear the cache etc… Please fix your app so I don’t have to keep doing this! Not worth the money at this point. I’d suggest PIA or something of the like until VPNSecure fixes their stuff.

I’ve use this on Windows and Linux android, and now iOS. I have never had a problem and their customer service is top-notch. Running iOS 16 and it seems to work flawlessly.

Fix the app. I’m a paid subscriber I cannot even open the app on iOS 15. What’s the point of subscription if it’s not doing the bare minimum.

Greta VPN that I have used for years with a lifetime subscription. Occasionally though I do need to contact customer service because my loaded keys and password get out of sync. A simple email to customer service and I’m back up and running in no time.

Doesn’t work on latest version of iOS. Keys fail to download.

Unable to download configuration.

After finding this company from an article in Mashable I thought I would give it a try. After paying my 30 pieces of silver I downloaded the app and was not able to even login. All I am being told as login failed, bad URL. Not exactly something I can fix by myself. I’ve been started to do research into this company and found many poor reviews on it. I would definitely not recommend purchasing.

Norton will not allow me to visit site. What is vpnsecure do, they send you a zip file, who knows what’s in that. Lost 30 bucks for lifetime.

App is useles after latest update on 2/28/22.
