Great app, but super slow and buggy for the past 6months
App has become unusable since six months for me. Layout components of the UI overlap, scrolling the gallery is unresponsive, and editing photos takes a long time. Please fix this. Five stars in normal working conditions.
Years of perfect use, until a few months ago!
As a professional photographer, I use VSCO since the app exists for my iPhone content. I was directly super happy with the quality of the render and the film effects, and too immediately the subscription to full access. I was especially happy to edit also videos! It's never been the most ergonomic app, but I was ok… until a few months with the arrival of Pro subscription, cloud services etc. The app is full of bugs like never, sometimes is unable to export the job to the photo roll without explanation, Exporting several elements has become impossible (you have to do one element at a time and then check that it has been exported), Display bugs (settings buttons overlap with app group buttons, blank images on the grid, come back to the top of the grid when copy paste edits form a pic to another,…), not anymore memory of the grid presentation, you have to set up again every time you launch the app, video quality export super low (320*568px) again without explanation, Video editing not possible using speed and crop tools, you don’t see what you’re doing because of a constant freeze of the content,… Apart from the quality of the filters, this has become the worst app on my iPhone! Please the team, give us back a simple editing app without useless services, even if it’s more expensive.
Love the functionality, hate the spam
Upgraded my app to “pro”, and yes I love the functionalities and features the app offers. But still I get push notifications, in-app notifications about (deliberately) unused features, hints, … just stop the spam or allow me to deactivate them. Meanwhile I’ve turned of the renewal of my subscription as I find it a true dealbreaker.

It’s a cool app but the app doesn’t load somethimes and I’m not the only one my friend has this problem also
Abonnement payé dans le vent
J’ai payé mon abonnement pro hier soir, j’ai bien été débitée mais je n’arrive pas à utiliser les fonctions pro! Alors que j’ai acheté le gros pack. Quand je veux utiliser un mode pro on me dit d’acheter cette fonction, quand je clique sur acheter cette fonction on me dit que je l’ai déjà achetée 😅😅😅 et pour autant je ne peux pas l’utiliser!!!!

Probleem 😢
Ik kan niet meer op de app… hij opent maar ik kan mijn profiel niet meer zien, en de feed ook niet. Een vriendin van mij heeft hetzelfde probleem. Help (ze is ook jarig en was heel verdrietig dat ze er niet op kon)
