I was a devout user until they locked every feature behind the Pro version. 90% of the features and the filters are paid. I’m not saying they shouldn’t offer a paid tier, we shouldn’t lose features we once had. Very sad.

I’ve been using VSCO for 10 years this year but without the (overpriced) paid version you’re able to do less and less, so I’ll just find another app. The app is also slow and not user friendly.

Unauthorised subscription!
I have had the VISCO app for a few years and barely used it. Never subscribed to anything on the app as I barely use it and suddenly today being charged with R350 yearly subscription?? Not sure how or where that was authorised as I didn’t even have the app on my phone anymore. I have never paid anything for this app before nor would I ever. Extremely irritated that this money has been taken out of my account without my authorisation. Would appreciate a personalised response and solution to this issue.
Excellent Photo editing
Great app for photo editing you won’t regret using it.
Crashes
The app keeps slowing down, first my studio images load slow, eventually the app slows down to the point where it crashes. It takes less than 20 seconds for it to crash when I’m browsing through my studio.
Scammers
I regret tapping on this app, unable to cancel subscription and messed up with my apple account as I can’t download other apps. Please cancel me from your scam
Not worth it
New update is so bad, took away all the beta features

I forgot to cancel the subscription and it was such a big waste of money 😭😭 this app is terrible
Can’t use the app
It keeps on saying there’s a problem connecting to your account even though I can log in on the internet. Please help
