phone banking rep said my reward points will be reflecting on this app. app isnt updated with points - no one can seem to fix it. useless up - delete it, it is just going to consume your phone’s memory

Prompting over and over again to log in or make an account. Since I already have an account, i tap log in but it keeps on returning me to enter my details then error afterwards.. doesn’t work!

At least a notch better than the BDO app, but still a bad app. These PH fintech apps need to get their act together.

I was trying to login and I couldn't remember my username and after three failed attempts, I was banned from trying to login register, which is stupid because they should seamlessly connect easily since I am an existing BPI user with the face login so how am I supposed to remember all of these things in the banned from even registering. The initial phase of creating an account is too much to work. You should make it easy for existing customers.

My reward points from credit card was not syncing on vybe app. Still zero until now

Encountered freezing of app resulting to log in and out of the app to fix. As many reviewer says the app has potential and also redundant to other fintech apps e.g, Gcash and Maya. Only as a suggestion, if you want to attract many users as possible. For existing BPI users that already link to their banking app: - Waive all service fees (bills payment, bank transfers, etc.) - Better customer understanding how the rewards system works.

please fix the log in problem. i register Using my bpi ID then now i try to log in sabi account is already exist. everyone has the same problem like me. please fix

I don’t usually rate, but this app makes no sense. In BPI Help and Support it says “ Redeeming points is very easy through the VYBE app. Upon logging in, tap “BPI Rewards” to go to the dashboard where you can see the list of exciting rewards. Choose the reward that you want to avail then tap the “Redeem reward” button.” But the Rewards is not reflecting in the app. This app is useless.
