APP EXPERIENCE:

First time to download app on Dec 24 i think pero di ko magamit. Nakapag cash in ako one time it crashes every refresh and hindi nagiging  successful payment attempts. 
I tried to use it again the next day but still the same cant make a payment.
Dec 28, i decided to uninstall and reinstall, cash in and make a payment. Successful pero nag popop up something went wrong or please try again after every process.

The screen disappears or freezes when navigating other pages.

Please do something, need to improve the app and address the bugs

SUGGESTION: 

I hope there is option to use VYBE to cash in from Gcash balance (not manual transfer gcash to BPI/VYBE)

In terms of benefits, i love it because no transaction fee for any transfers pr cash in i made: Gcash, other banks such as Atome

When I first downloaded this app it was okay. Although rewards options are few,at least it has telcos I can claim but now to my surprise, even prepaid loads are no longer available.What happened? Also, the other options require thousands  of points to redeem.
This app is now a waste of my phone space.

0/5! napaka walang kwenta ng customer service nag cash in ako ng pera, wala akong nareceive na OTP pero nag deduct sila sa BPI savings ko, tapos ngayon ang gusto lang nila mag follow up ng mag follow up! WALANG KWENTA NA APP! DONT USE THIS, NAPALA HUSSLE! NAPAKA WALANG KWENTA!

I got VYBE because I’m a BPI client, but for a year now occupying space in my phone, it never worked. I click it every time promos and notifications pop up, but app simply does not appear or work. Useless app. Deleting now.👎👎👎👎👎
To add, I had sent money to my vendor and the vendor did not receive it. Where did my money go? Around 80$ was never found. If you want to have a bad Vybe and have the biggest regret, use the App! 😇. If there’s negative 5 ⭐, I will click it for this review.

I tried to withdraw money from this to gcash. Did not even go to the page wherein it would be asking for OTP and biometrics but, i was deducted. Support was atrociously slow. STILL NO MONEY RETURNED. This was 13k php btw. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
