I tried so many times to log in my account but it always said “The input is invalid”. May password and OTPBis correct.

How come that the join and login has the same user flow. I deleted the app because it always say’s “internal error”. it is also the suggestion when I called to the support. Review you login userflow there is something wrong with that why user cannot log again. It always say “member already exist”. Because if user exist then it should be successfully login if otp is provided.

I am a Red VVIP tier, i called the customer service, they said No issues reported regarding this, but when you googled it, a lot of unresolved cases. I cannot redeem and it says System internal error all the time. I emailed BPI but no response as usual!!

phone banking rep said my reward points will be reflecting on this app. app isnt updated with points - no one can seem to fix it. useless up - delete it, it is just going to consume your phone’s memory

Prompting over and over again to log in or make an account. Since I already have an account, i tap log in but it keeps on returning me to enter my details then error afterwards.. doesn’t work!

At least a notch better than the BDO app, but still a bad app. These PH fintech apps need to get their act together.

I was trying to login and I couldn't remember my username and after three failed attempts, I was banned from trying to login register, which is stupid because they should seamlessly connect easily since I am an existing BPI user with the face login so how am I supposed to remember all of these things in the banned from even registering. The initial phase of creating an account is too much to work. You should make it easy for existing customers.
