I’ve downloaded this app back in November with no success of logging in. Always “Unable to process at this time, try again.” Went to BPI and reported issues of not being able to log in on the app, case was forwarded to tech department, issue was acknowledged but was not addressed/fixed. This app is pure garbage/useless!!!

I just downloaded this app 2 months ago to try and manage my account, but for 2 months I have seen nothing but “Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time”, at this point, will it ever get processed? There isn’t even a way to access this through the browser so it’s definitely useless.

I’ve downloaded the BPI Vybe app, but it consistently crashes whenever I attempt to log in or sign up and also if you will report the issue they will not let you send a message unless it is at least a thousand characters.

I got all this congratulatory message after signing up and when i attempted logging in for the first time, it says that my “account is locked.”

What happened? What’s going on?

Did troubleshooting but still can’t login. 

I just hope that my credentials and login info are safe. That’s all i can say.

How many new apps do you have to put up out there that always do not work?
Security and safety should be a bank institution should have for your customers. If your app doesn’t work yet do not advertise and make it available to your customers!
This app does not recognize the OTP making it impossible to access it. This also happened when you relaunched a new version of BPI banking app months ago!
I doubt that this app is secure enough to be trusted. Our data will be easily breached.

I downloaded the app. Tried to create an account by signing-in with my BPI account. Got an OTP and entered it but it didn’t go through with the error message ‘The input is invalid’. I tried it several times. I should have given this app a big fat ‘ZERO’ star!

Tried to login using the PIN but it’s states that my account is locked the first I tried to login,. Tried it again, after an hour and still the same. I tried the Forgot MPIN option but it just went to blank screen, I’ve waited for more than 10mins and nothing happened. I checked if it needs an update bit the app is updated. Tried again after a couple days and the problem is still the same. Don’t answer me with the check network connection as you usually respond to other reviewers because I have the fastest and excellent connection network. Your app needs a revamp.
