If anything goes wrong with your order no one will help you. I ordered and I was charged around 300 SR but my order got cancelled and it has been more than a year and I still didn’t receive my money ! I called them many times but everyone is busy no one cares…just be aware and don’t order at night so they don’t suddenly cancel your order like what happened to me

If you’re downloading the app for the delivery service, I highly encourage you not to.. they’re partnering with the worst delivery co. In Saudi that doesn’t share live tracking nor provide a valid driver no. After waiting for over the ETA by half an hour, I discovered through their customer service that the driver has multiple deliveries which is quite an outdated practice when there are convenient delivery apps like Jahez and Marsool that’re cheaper and quicker.
