This app has been absolutely life changing to me. I know that might sound exaggerated but, I mean it. Whenever I’m going through something difficult in my life I turn to what I’ve learned here and I feel at peace. This app has helped me work on myself, it has changed my perspective on life and much more. If I need to relax, it helps. If I want to broaden my knowledge on certain topics, it provides many different speakers and thinkers that will help with that. I could not recommend this more, if you are hesitant please do yourself a favor and try it. I promise you, you won’t regret it.

Es esta es una muy buena aplicación que ha cambiado mi vida y por eso estoy escribiendo esta reseña. Quería agradecer a su fundador quién es también la persona que relata día a día las meditaciones y también los consejos diarios. Creo que trata la meditación de una forma neuro científica muy sutilmente abriéndote en forma simple los espacios hacia tu inconsciente y hacia tu Mindfulness.
