Sam & many of the other teachers have really helped me improve my meditation practice and start to stabilise it in quite remarkable ways. If you want to go beyond following the breath to subjective / none duel practice, learn from some great masters and learn more about the different schools of practice then this is a wonderful place to begin the journey. but i wish you could talk more slowly or add subtitle or put more languages (thail, to be exact) also if you could put the labels of which one of your practice are the meditation or just talking/ introduction, that would be good. i wish there could be more 5 minute mediation too, you know adhd I couldn’t concentrate that longer

I recommend Waking Up for everyone. Ideally, we should all be meditating. I also recommended this, quite heavily, for the coping and managing of one’s mental health. I prefer this over apps like Calm and other popular meditation apps because of it’s transparency, as a business. There is not much begging for money. Sam Harris seems like a genuine guy and I like him a lot! As for what this app is about, you’ll just have to download it and see. :))
