Hi, ive been playing for 4 months and i have reached castle lvl 20. But i have one problem, im having trouble with upgrading my hero ranks because its hard to get fragments for each hero that i have. Sure you got universal hero fragments but they are hard to get. Can you make it so that it will be more easier to upgrade hero ranks since it will give us power for the newbies out there. I also have a suggestion on how it will be easy to upgrade. Make it like rise of kingdoms you will need hero stars to upgrade. Its just a suggestion. But pls im begging you to make it more easier to upgrade hero ranks😢😢😢

The support team are really bad the dont know how to speak they replay very late since 5 days i cant access my castle andthey replayed 3 times with a silly questions I will file a complain again them and against their company
