Have enjoyed very much

Not working for me.

I purchased a Lifetime because the Christmas Countdown Scrooge was cute. I have a Series 7 watch and it took a long time to get this app to work. I then chose a face that included a step counter. Took forever to get it to work. I had to load a 3rd party step counter app and reset my “Health” app. It worked for a few minutes then nothing. I have requested help and then a refund……have heard nothing.

I'm enjoying my Christmas holiday faces. At first I had trouble getting it to sync to my I watch but with a little help from Customer Service I've got it working just fine, their reply back was quick and helpful.

Yeah if you could go ahead and refund my money that would be great I’ve already emailed. I’m not looking for any YouTube videos for help. Just go ahead and send the money right on back. Not one single face works with complications. Thanks
