- Choose from predefined countdowns (1 to 5 minutes) or select up to 5 custom durations to suit your training needs.
- Start a countdown directly from your watch face – perfect for that sudden warning signal.
- Start a countdown by pressing the Action Button on Apple Watch Ultra. Press again to sync time! Easy!

Optional Apple Health Integration
- HealthKit support: Automatically log your sailing workouts in HealthKit to keep track of your training and races.

User-Friendly Interface
- Intuitive design: A sleek, easy-to-navigate interface tailored for Apple Watch, so you can control your timer even under challenging conditions.
- Haptic feedback: Feel vibrations every minute during the countdown, and at 30, 20, 10, and the final 5 seconds.
- Background mode: The countdown continues even when the app runs in the background.

Custom Settings
- Personalize your experience: Adjust haptic feedback, select preferred countdown durations, and choose whether to save workouts to HealthKit.
- Decide if you want to display the duration of the workout after the start.

Action Button Support
- Press once when you hear the warning signal to start the timer.
- Press again to sync time.
- Press the Action Button and the side button together to pause.
- Press them again to reset the timer, ready for a new countdown.

Make sure to allow Apple Health to fully utilize the Action Button. Permission is required before the Action Button can start a workout and thus a countdown. The app does not store anything in Health or read any data — unless you enable it in settings.
