I USE to love this app and have been using it for years. But now that I can no longer send invoices directly to clients from the app without paying to update to “pro” is very inconvenient. I surely will be looking for a new app to use for my invoices.

I’ve had a subscription with WaveApp for quite a few years. With the paid subscription I was able to send estimates/quotes/invoices directly thru the app, which was attached to my business email. Now, WaveApp has limited the things I am able to do through the app unless I subscribe to a “pro plan” that is double what I am already paying. 
Very disappointing. I would no longer recommend WaveApp to anyone new. 
I am basically paying for what should be a ‘free & limited’ account, which is about as basic service as it gets. 
One star is generous.

Used to be able to send free overdue invoice reminders directly from wave from app. Apparently that has been changed.

Automatic downloading of bank statements for CIBC and PC Mastercards (and several others), doesn’t work.  They haven’t worked for almost 3 years, with no plan to fix the connections, making one of the main features obsolete.

Nine months after subscribing to the paid plan, they decide to change their policies and block features from my paid plan like sending emails from the app of the invoices. They are forcing you to upgrade to an expensive pro plan now to access that basic feature. I can’t understand why they did not allow last few months of my previous paid plan to continue with existing features. 

Better to go with other alternatives I will be migrating soon

The app and platform were fantastic to use and extremely convenient to send and receive estimates, invoices and receipts as well as for track purchases and accepting payments. However, with the newest updates and even online, you must now upgrade and pay for a subscription to send any of the above through the app or online. There are steps/hoops to jump through now that have simply made the “free” version inconvenient enough to me that I will be moving my business to a competitor who still offers those things for free.

I find it great for invoicing but I can search ONLY by customer name would like to search by phone number or address.  NO YOU CAN NOT SEARCH BY CTRL + F… Another issue is I can not change the payroll date - once you pick a day that’s it no changes. Overall I can’t live without WAVE thank you.
