I used to love Wayfair until they decided free shipping would no longer be offered in my area. Around 5 months ago they switched to $300 shipping. Yes, that is the correct amount of zeros after the 3. Thanks but I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I love Wayfair, and have made many purchases over years. The selection is unbeatable, I love how easy it is to filter searches to either browse everything or narrow down to a specific type of thing. Almost everything was great at arrival, and things that didn’t hold up to expectations were quickly and easily resolved. And free shipping! Wahoo!

I originally bought 3 for master bathroom . Absolutely loved them very well made. Unfortunately my husband did not secure properly on the wall and it fell off the wall breaking it. I am replacing that one. It’s frustrating that the size I want is 34 X 34 really expensive in comparison to another company by almost 4 times. I had to buy slightly smaller out of principle.

Unless I know specifically the item I’m looking for, I go to the desktop version as the search engine there must use a far superior AI then what’s available on the app. Frustrating, actually.
