It says offline even though me and my partner is online

My second toy after the magic wand. Convenience and custom vibrations thats BIG DIfference. If any of the developers reading this what we want is the controls especially the waves when will go down and when ... its like what happens in level 1-10 the intensity and duration. What we want like a custom wave at this strenght and duration then wave2 kick in as if they are 1 wave that strenght was only difference. Btw. The app starts to crash in ios for running custom vibrations.

For personal play it’s fine but the connection option rarely works.

We were literally in the same room and the app was still saying we’re both offline. I restarted it on both phones, reinstalled, cleared cache, factory reset the app, deleted and reconnected the toy, tried wifi and data connections, reset partner settings, etc. etc. Why does it still tell both of us we’re offline? What’s the point of a long distance toy if the long distance feature is faulty???

Buying for long distance play? Good luck. Waiting for email from we-vibe regarding corrections of connection with partners. A lot of research suggests you’re S.O.L. and a good chuck of people don’t have success. However touch app for personal control in same room . Is nifty…

Used this for a couple years. Now it won’t pair. None of the “quick fixes” work. Oh well, at least my Lelo products work.

Haven’t been able to connect with my partner in months. We’re both getting frustrated. We only paid the price for the toys for the functionality. Now we just have overpriced vibrators. Really disappointing. We’ll be looking into a different company for our next purchase.
