Premium no more!
I have contacted your customer support twice over the years, to have my premium functions reactivated after owning the premium app since it first was released. I have been trying since January to get you to understand that I indeed am a customer, with screen dumps of our earlier conversations as proof, but your customer service is either bad AI, or don’t understand English anymore. No answer now since mid March. The last update is containing some poor translations, having to claim a “social profile” every time I open it, and frankly, my patience is nearly over. If this your way of telling me to start paying monthly or yearly, you can forget it.
