Useless for european
I am in Spain and the app reports me in Australia! Review geograpgy, fix the app and I might consider using it. As a former IBMer no need to say I am disappointed.
More customizations needed

Fault in the radar
I set my radar duration at 2 hours, but every time I open the radar it reverts back to 30 minutes duration.

Not sure how you guys run the “weather” app but you’ve been consistently miles wrong everyday for over a year. Terrible. Do not bother wasting your time downloading. It’s currently 28.9c and weatherzone have it at 24c, just for reference. Shockingly wrong everyday.
Poor Accuracy
This App was great and accurate, it is now very low accuracy and does not even illustrate the correct temperatures. Recommend using another App as this one is not very reliable.
Inaccurate and help desk is useless
This app used to be amazing. There was minimal ads and I always found it to be very detailed and accurate. For the last two or three months the temperature forecast has been incorrect. Often by more than 10 degrees. I dress completely different for 20 degrees vs 34 degrees. So imagine my horror when I’ve left the house expecting it to be cold and wearing jeans and a jumper when the reality is I’m sweating ridiculously at work in the workshop which has no aircon because it was 36 later that day. I have written to your help desk and I keep getting a generic copy and paste answer by Benji that doesn’t accuracy address the issue. I’ve waited two weeks for replies and it’s “the same message” Today it says the maximum temp is 43. It is currently 11am and already 39.7. BUT your hourly forecast for 11am is 34 and then at 12 it’s 33 and at 1pm it’s 31 and the temperature continually gets lower. It’s wrong. Perth afternoons are hot af! The temperature is only going to get hotter and according to your hourly forecast the max is only 34. But it’s in reality already almost 40 degrees. Please fix this app and please teach your help desk to actually do their job. Otherwise I’m going to stop using this app completely. Looks like another user has the same issue so I know it’s just me.
