Horrible app. To many advertisements. I prefer WEBTOON

It sucks that you only have like 5 free unlocks but the worst part is that a lot of the times after enduring an ad the comic won’t even unlock. Happened so many times that I switched mostly to another app, there is still one comic I follow on this app but as soon as that comic ends ill delete this app.

I really like this app I've been using it for three years! But why these days most authors ask readers to pay gems? I'm pretty sure most readers are teenagers like me and we can't afford that much to buy gems or premium due to our parents or financial problems. How can we continue reading comics there? At least find a way where coins can be changed as gems.

I'm using the app on my iPhone and iPad and it's really inconvenient that there is no synchronization between the devices. I can start reading a comic on my iPad but won't be able to continue reading wherein had left off on my phone, nor does it update my 'history'. I'm an impulse reader so while I may start reading a comic on one device I need to remember the name and chapter where I've had left to be able to continue the read on another device. A suggestion for the next update: add synchronization!

I love webcomics and it’s really amazing and has the best author and comics but I really hope webcomics stops charging for gems for such an unreasonable price despite that I respect and appreciate the creators and authors in the app

I used to really enjoy this app and I very much appreciated its wide variety of available comics and easy and cheap accessibility. You got a reasonable amount of coins to unlock chapters with daily, if you didn’t have coins you could directly watch a video to unlock a chapter, and you could do the same thing for less accessible gems-only chapters. I was seriously considering subscribing to the Plus-service to both support the app and gain access to unlimited chapters. When things started changing I was concerned, but I trusted that it wouldn’t go overboard. Now with the latest update, however, I am not sure how much longer I’ll continue using the app. It’s a shame for all the comics I’ll have to forsake, but paying for a subscription that gives me a monthly income to spend on essentially no more than 20 gems-only chapters? Not being able to watch videos if you run out of gems? Having to go through a shady free gems service that no doubt uses the info it can gather about me to get some anyway? No thanks. I get that creators need payment and money needs to come in to keep the app going, but this is too much for me. Sorry. Edit: Thank you for taking the time to respond and for taking my criticism seriously. I want to be clear that I’m not intending to give up all hope, or to discourage you from making a profit. It is reasonable for any creators and developers to expect an at least decent income—especially when things are going well. What I intend to criticize, and what I stand by even now, is the incredibly abrupt change that was made. The reputation Webcomics has made for itself is an easy and cheap reading experience; that is what I got hooked on, as did so many others. Yet suddenly the experience went from nearly entirely free to a paid service with some occasional free features. That’s fine, if that’s what you want to do in the future, but you can’t make that change in one giant leap, or you’ll simply be losing many of your loyal users. For example: if people are watching to many ads and you want to decrease that, rather than eliminating the option completely, set a limit on how many ads can be viewed on a daily/weekly basis. In conclusion, there are a lot of things I would change about the app as it is currently, after the recent updates. The fact that you are responding to and willing to take criticism, however, gives me hope once more for the future. So I’ll stick around and see what you have in store for us for a little longer.

It was good before the update, now we can’t use advertisements to look for the good stories

Tbh webcomics is cool but, it sucks more and more. A lot of comic’s are using diamonds now. It rlly hurts that I can’t acces my story’s anymore. I was following some of the comics for more than a year now. It is happening a lot lately that it isn’t free anymore and Because of that I’m losing a light in my life. I rlly loved webcomics because it was free. But I think they are having a change of heart and now they show us that they are the same as the rest of the world. Money money money. 💰💰💰

Unlike other apps it’s easier to get coins and open up chapters! I’ve had premium for a little while and it was amazing!^^ love the app
