First installed Java & then WeBe Server on PC. Next installed WeBe App on iPhone. Started WeBe server on PC and then WeBe iPhone app. Was up and running in no time flat without any issues. This is a great app. It works exactly as described. It basically makes your PC into touch screen on your iPhone/iPod. That's pretty cool. My only suggestion would be on the PC install; be nice if the user was asked if they want a shortcut created on the desktop. Other than that, this app is awesome!!!
