Does not allow to differentiate between work and personal calls. Also doesn’t allow changing between personal or business number for outgoing calls all the time. Option to switch is not always there. Will never use again.

So we were using Vodafone for our call management, and they have moved us all to this. Not really user friendly and doesn’t appear to have same features. When a call comes in and we go to the app you have to go to messaging tab and not call tab! …. That’s IF the call shows up, which seems to be the new stupid issue. So far I have not been able to even have the calls show up in webex, so has been pretty useless. Even if there is a new update you shouldn’t make the current “features” not work. Really stupid

Love how I can work from a cafe and it only focuses on my voice suppressing the background sound . So easy and seamless to use

Federation with organisations external to my company is really easy and works well.

Whenever I put someone on hold and then resume the call I can never hear them I submitted multiple tickets for this issue please fix

I tried connecting to a meeting with this app and it help redirecting me to a Webex meeting app, so I finally gave up and just joined by phone. Very inconvenient as I could no see the shared screen.

Constantly disconnects me from the calling service. Getting back in requires either a series of random actions (deliberately using an incorrect password followed by the correct one has worked before) or that I wait over an hour. Whoever sold our IT guys on this product got scammed. Do not use it.

I cannot fathom why this app is rated so highly. It is objectively the worst work messenger option out there, including Teams. - It doesn’t sync settings between devices - requires two apps to handle video calls (sometimes?) - notifications always go to the wrong device. Whichever device is inactive gets notified, so I miss them on the device I’m working on currently. - absolutely bizarre UX decisions left and right This is better than the desktop app, I’ll give it that.
