Most of the time when I try to answer a call using the app, the line will just fail to connect, causing me to miss calls. I’ve complained about it before, quite a while ago and I would have hoped by now that they would have improved the app. It’s so frustrating when you have no idea if accepting a call will actually work. I’m strongly considering switching to a new service because I’m sick of the volume of failed connections when I have solid WiFi and cellular signal.

My organisation has been using Webex for over a year now. We switched from Zoom to Webex and got a better and stable system which is relatively cheaper. Webex staff is amazing and professional.  I recommend Webex 100% Thanks Webex

Basic things don’t work:
Took multiple attempts to get link to webex session to work. And corporate Webex links don’t open in Webex. Have to use safari. 
Then can’t get past captcha screen to enter password for meeting. 
In end took 15 minutes to set up. Was warned that iOS app was difficult and to reserve 15mins, didn’t believe it but was true!
In a growing business, we keep an eye out for good productivity software. To be clear, because webex falls at first hurdle, it’s not even making it to bottom of list. That place is reserved for teams, our current company mandated app.

Very basic, simple telephone tasks such as transferring calls are not possible, which should be easy!
Un reliable, often continues to ring even when someone else has taken the call on a different device. Or other devices ring but the app doesn’t. Will ring after a call has been taken. 
Doesn’t work with apple car play so not possible to take a call or make a call whilst driving, unless you are stationary.
Overall I’m not extremely disappointed and regret going over to Webex. I would not recommend this for business use in the UK.

I use this once a month for one day when I’m on call. Unfortunately I have to remove the app when finished as it also rings on my phone with no way of switching it off. I’ve followed the instructions online but still the app insists on calling with notifications etc turned off. Doesn’t even respond to muting the whole phone, still get it chirping in my ear long after I’ve picked up the call on my desk.
