I’ve been using this app for over a year and never had a single problem with it until today I opened the account and was logged out? It won’t let me log back in with my old details either. That means everything I had on that account is gone if I can’t get it back wtf

The app is not good it dose not let you rotate the screen also now there have made it so you can not read anything on the site the app is also not comfortable to use

I don't think I’ve ever rated an app with five stars before but this app totally deserves it! It’s amazing, innovative and available to readers of all kind! I’ve published two books already it’s soo fun to write on this platform! It’s even more fun to read other peoples creations! I have two favourite books as of now and hundreds more to read in my library! There’s also frequent events and contests for writers and readers alike! I’m currently participating in a writing prompt contest! Its sooo fun and the rewards are totally worth it! ❤️❤️❤️ I just adore this app! Love it with all my heart. Special thanks to the producers and creators of this app! Love you guys!

Loving this book cant seem to put it down going to be a late nite early morning read until it’s finished lol

Most of the time I love 💕this site but want I don’t like is I I pay for member ship and it says I should get over 800 coins a month but I don’t and end up paying a lot more as well as that I wouldn’t mind paying more for the membership but can’t seem to be able to get the 1 only this 1 so have to buy a lot more coins because of it but still y I’m I not get the other 800 coins that I pay for it I would really like ye to sort it coz I pay enough money every week as well as the membership but apart from that I love 💕 this site.

It’s avoid app with a few problems that could be easily fixed if the makers didn’t focus on money making schemes rather than quality

Webnovel is pretty good, albeit the fact that most good novels starts costing spirit stones (which you can get around 30 ish of if you do all the ‘get spirit stones for free’ deals everyday). It’s nice that they added another method to earn spirit stones (if you spend time on it and reach their milestones you get 5 spirit stones) however it’s still not enough for me to read my books. All the books I’m reading have reached the ‘Open this chapter with Spirit Stones’ stage, and Webnovel can’t expect me to reach their milestones to get spirit stones, if I don’t have any spirit stones to even read the chapter. Also another thing to note is getting logged out, I don’t get logged out often but today I’ve gotten logged out and I can’t log back in. (Using the ‘sign in with Google’ method but also tried the Email method) It always says ‘Can’t log in, please try again later’ or something similar. If this happens to you, I suggest waiting a few days for it to work again, and if you can’t wait to read a story make a new account and log back on to your old one periodically (to check if you can still log onto it). The app did help a bit though, previously I had to find the chapter I was on (which was a hassle as I have a few thousand books in my library, and most of my favourite ones are at least above chapter 500) But now when I get logged out it asks if I want to sync with previous chapter, which usually brings me to my latest chapter. (If it doesn’t pop up just wait a bit for it to load up) Multiple times I have been in the middle of reading and then I suddenly log out, would like a better method in handling the ‘re-login’ situation.

It’s a great reading app but it keeps logging me out and I have to redownload my books just for me to repeat this every 1-2 days. It wasn't like this before so I hope you can fix this please
