I love this app so much but can not get verified. I have tried many times. My wife did the same on her name, still can’t get it verified. We’ve added every bank statement as we do not have a proof of address but we have statements and all. But still can’t get verified.

So happy that the app (and the ability to trade on it) is available in RSA. 

Only one glaring issue—I can’t complete my account registration. No matter what I do, it won’t verify my identity once I get to the step where it scans my ID/Passport, and subsequently my face. 

I’ve tried everything and I can’t get past that stage.
