My account was frozen. After that, I tried again to make a withdrawal this time customer service blocked the withdrawal, and I needed to upload again the same a week earlier. Today which is about a month later I’m so fed up. I asked for all of my money back. So customer service again blocked the withdrawal until I sent them exactly the same information that I had sent them two weeks earlier and this exact same information I had sent them about three weeks earlier.
