This company is the worst I just want to die

I miss the old app way more! Sure it was VERY outdated looking (think early ‘90s). HOWEVER, since the redesign this app has been nothing but a headache. It’s awful to deal with. And what’s the point of allowing us to write descriptions for our transfers, if we then can never access the information later? I can’t tell you how many times I have been reviewing my transactions and thought something was fraudulent, only to find out it was an internal transfer that I had included information on, but it’s no where to be found. Slow app as well. Its impossible to get to the other menus besides the Home Screen, unless you don’t mind waiting a year and a half.

I have never dealt with a more respectful, reliable, responsive and relatable business as WECU!! Good people. The App is just as good! Bless you all! Keep up the great work!

The WECU bank app is so easy to use and navigate. It’s easy to see all of your accounts in one place and easily transfer funds as needed.

I really love WECUs digital banking. I’d go as far to say the app works better then the web sight. My only issue (that effects me quite regularly as someone who needs to keep track of every transaction for business reasons) is that you can’t see what account transfers are going to, even if they are internal accounts or accounts with nicknames. Even if I make a transfer to a friend, and look back immediately, it doesn’t say the name that’s saved to the account, just a collection of numbers and Xs which makes managing it a lot more confusing. I get pretty good at memos but if I accidentally transfer to the wrong account, it’s kinda a mess.

Seamless and user friendly interface on the app. I check my account balance every day and have never had any issues. Love WECU!
