I buy a package in july 2023 and i don’t get any client from this platform. Very chief leads provided and only 18 leads give in 33000 please don’t buy premium plan.

extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Wedmegood. My experience with your app and website has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my review to prevent others from falling into the same trap.From the outset, I was bombarded with incessant calls and pressure tactics to purchase your packages. Despite my initial reservations, I succumbed to the persuasion and decided to give your services a try. However, it quickly became apparent that this decision was a grave mistake.Once I had purchased a package, the level of customer care plummeted dramatically. It seems that your team is only interested in making a sale, with little to no regard for the satisfaction or well-being of your clients. I have encountered numerous issues and challenges with no assistance or resolution in sight.What is particularly infuriating is the lack of responsiveness to my queries and complaints. Whenever I raise concerns about the lack of results or assistance, I am met with empty promises that a Relationship Manager will address the issue. However, these promises remain unfulfilled, leaving me feeling abandoned and cheated.In hindsight, I deeply regret investing my hard-earned money into Wedmegood's services. The experience has been a total waste of both time and resources, and I am left feeling utterly disillusioned.I strongly advise anyone considering using Wedmegood to steer clear of their services. The level of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling, and I would not wish this experience upon anyone else.

There’s a bug in app. I am not able to login to my vendor profile. I have received an enquiry but not able to get the details as I am not able to login. Please help.

Customer support/ manager doesn't reply to calls/ messages. Once we make the payment the discussion ends there, no leads, no calls or any support. Horrible!

Kindly do not take any kind of packages from WedMeGood. You don’t get anything falthu service…Don’t waste your hard earned money here…

The issue appears to be a common one: portals effectively sell their services until payment is made, at which point communication and results dwindle. Despite promises of generating leads, they fail to deliver and become unresponsive. This lack of accountability and the absence of communication channels with employees make it challenging to address the problem, resulting in a frustrating waste of money.

We are extremely happy with wedmegood platform. They make sure to attend our calls and messages every time we have any concern. This platform gives you lot of visibility and connect you to your desired clientele. Would recommend every business owner to associate with wedmegood as it will boom your sales and increase your business to another level

WedMeGood is one of the most fake apps in the wedding Industry. Its just a game of money and nothing else. They do not list authentic vendors , just anyone who can afford to pay them the given amount becomes a pro member. Earlier it was about the quality and so we used to list our business through them! But now 15 makeup artists are listed as pro members and the ones who just learnt and managed to make a profile are on top compared to the people who are so experienced and have better quality of work. So I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL BRIDES TO BE! Kindly do not trust the app. Take genuine suggestions from your friends and family. This platform is just making money whereas do not risk your big day with the app’s choice! TAKE REVIEWS FROM THE PAST BRIDES OF HOW THEY WENT AROUND AND LOVED WHOSE WORK!! Thankyou!!
