MyConference Suite provides the event app for the Co-Operative Housing Federation of Canada (CHF) 2025 Annual Meeting. This app is for attendees to view information about the event and share contact details.
Please note, this app is free but does require login details in order to access. To access, the user must register to attend the event. After registration, the confirmation email will provide a valid username and password. If you have not received your connection details upon registering, please contact D.E. Systems Ltd. to receive the updated information.
The app has an agenda, floor layout, speaker details, social interaction, and other event relevant information.
For contact sharing, scan the QR Code on the contact’s badge. Scanned contacts will save basic name information at the time of the scan. Users can select qualifiers or add notes for their scans. The app also allows the user to view, edit, or delete all scanned contacts.
For security purposes, only partial data displays until completion of the event. Upon completion, all scanned contacts will show their comprehensive information through the online portal, found at:
https://events.myconferencesuite.com/chf_canada_annual_meeting_2025/lead/login
Contact information is only downloadable through the online portal. Online portal username and password credentials are the same as your app credentials.

Téléchargement photos par date de prise de la photo
Bonjour, est-il possible de télécharger les photos dans l’ordre où elles ont été prises et non dans l’ordre de dépôt sur la plate-forme ? Puisque chacun met des photos après le mariage et dans différents ordres, nous aimerions pouvoir retracer le déroulement de notre journée, grâce à l’export de vos photosest-ce possible ?

Super pour avoir toutes les photos du nous événement
Bonne application
Application facile d’utilisation. Attention néanmoins si vous prenez des photos depuis votre mobile et que vous souhaitez poster ensuite sur l’appli, suivre le processus suivant : photos, transférer, plus (les trois petits points), Wedshoot
Idée super mais à améliorer
C’est super pratique de pouvoir partager ses photos. Par contre l’appli manque sérieusement d’optimisation. Tout bêtement, le bouton d’ajout de photo n’est pas intuitif (on cherche un bouton +…). Ou encore le fil d’actualité présente les photos une par une, c’est vite trop quand tout le monde fait des ajouts…

Impossible de télécharger des photos
Très bonne idée
Le concept est génial et facilite grandement le partage de photo entres plusieurs invités de tous coins. Seul bémol : l’ajout de photos n’est pas du tout instinctif. J’ai mis longtemps pour comprendre qu’il faut appuyer sur l’appareil photo (depuis l’appli) puis sur la galerie pour en ajouter à l’album … Il faudrait un bouton dédié !
