Weemarkable

Having lots of problems getting into the app. Will do face recognition then ask for passcode and it says passcode is wrong. Once back to email spot it pops up with alert saying undefined and will not let me into the app. I’ve had to get a new code twice daily to my email and set my passcode that says once I set it I can use it to get in from now on, which is never the case. Quite frustrating when I’m trying to check on them daughters progress for her first week in daycare.

It is truly absurd to have a messaging app that does not allow for group messages or threads with more than one parent. Instead we are stuck emailing the centre whenever there is an issue to address, and the people with access to email are not the same as the ones on Weemarkable. So the full picture is never seen by everyone involved in our child’s care. Notifications not coming through for updates is also a significant problem with this app.

The app stopped working I no longer receive anything

This app contributes to the mother being the “default parent”. Please allow the centres to create a direct message that includes BOTH parents (ie., a group chat between the caregivers and parents). Otherwise it will inevitably be the mother that gets all the messages.

This app doesn’t include the feature of double tap to get a period, or after choosing punctuation that it flips back to abc keyboard. This is simple app design. Please update. 2 stars instead of 1, because they did fix the photos fitting into a screen issue

Haven’t been able to access my child’s photos for over a month now, my account showing as non-existent with no explanation whatsoever. Not a single email has been returned in over a month, the phone number on their website doesn’t work, and the one email I got thru to said they are out of the office and cannot apply. Embarrassing staff.

I’m unable to add my second child

An update took place about a week ago on this app and now it will not load anything. The feed just spins and nothing loads. I’m disappointed as I miss the posts and menu.

Half of the time I don’t receive notifications when there are new posts. Sometimes updates submitted by the daycare only populate all at once later in the day. Allow the care wormers to post more than 3 photos a week! Also Very little controls available in the settings.
