WeHunts kundeservice er uduelig. Urimeligt dårlig service. Opkræver abonnementet både direkte og via AppStore. Når man efter en meget besværlig proces endelig får tilbagebetalt det ene abonnement, bliver ens abonnement slettet. Så skal man igang med deres uduelige kundeservice igen. Frygteligt sted at være kunde.

Det er en meget dyr APP og den har kun meget-meget få funktioner og en ret begrænset funktionalitet. 

Easyhunt har også nogle enkelte svagheder, men er dog meget klart at foretrække og i tillæg er Easyhunt også væsentlig billigere for et samlet Jagtkonsortie.
