This app screwed up two days worth of my Apple Watch fitness tracking and malfunctioned my exercise ring to the point it said I did 1300 minutes of exercise. There is no setting to control the volume, so it screams updates in your ear while walking. This app is garbage. I deleted it right away.

I accidentally subscribed for the free 7 day trial and immediately asked for them to cancel this subscription on an effort to avoid any further charges. I was given instruction on how to do this through the App Store if that is how I purchased it. It was not. So I sent them proof of what i received in an email from them upon subscription initiation and asked them to cancel. This was several days prior to the ‘billing’ date.  Today, I was billed the $79 USD anyway. 
This is terrible customer service. I don’t have time to continue to follow up when I have already asked twice for this to be cancelled.

Be up front, let me decide if I want to pay before getting me to set it all up then asking for money.
