The doctor wasn't even listen to what I was saying. I have a swollen tonsil and a sever cough and her recommendation was to gargle with salt water like what kind of google doctor is this. I could’ve made that suggestion myself. When do doctors not give a antibiotic for tonsillitis? I can barely swallow and the coughing makes my chest hurt. I’ve had years of sinus infections and know my body. I had a viral infection a month ago and the drainage and infection resulted in a sinus infection after the virus cleared up. I do not have allergies. Dr Clifton did most of the talking and just told me to use salt water, otc meds, things like that. Things I’ve been using for a month with no result, sinuses are getting worse, not better. She did not really listen to me and I feel it was a waste of my time. When infection lingers for a month, it is time for an antibiotic. OTC meds are obviously not working. Every time I was told to use over the counter medication and I would get better in 7-10 days. The third doctor eventually called in a prescription, but didn’t bother to tell me. Each time I have ultimately had to go see my physician for antibiotics. The doctors I have interacted with seem to be bothered that they are having to deal with me and won’t listen to the fact that I know shaft is going on with my body. I know when I have a sinus infection and bronchitis! I have never been discredited as a mother when discussing my sons Heath. We have used WellVia before and every time got what we needed and he was good to go but this time was not the case. It’s sad my insurance pays 100% for us to use when it’s not beneficial for families. I have never been treated as rudely as I was on my last visit. Once I stated I had not been vaccinated his attitude completely changed. He didn’t listen when I would answer his questions and state I didn’t ask that my question was… and it was the same question and I did answer. He also did not pay attention to my chart to see what I was allergic to even after I stated some of the drugs I am allergic to I got the same response he asked the same question again ad then sent in a proscription I can’t take and when the pharmacy asked them to send something else they said they would and a day later there still hasn’t been something new sent.
