I downloaded this app, it’s charged me and doesn’t work! Would like a refund

Simply words on a screen. Hit ‘play’ nothing happens 😕

I've been trying so hard to learn Welsh but getting enough practice in d early stages n checking pronunciation has been a problem. This app is my answer, diolch!!!!!

This app is fantastic for helping to learn basic welsh, having a clear voice saying the words is really helpful. Being a non welsh speaking welsh girl, this app is giving me a lot of confidence in my ability to have a small conversation in welsh.

Installed this app and the lite version, "start welsh", too. Both are not working on iPad 2. Please send me a refund immediately.

Just bought this and it doesn't work :(

Downloaded on to iPhone 5 running iOS 6, to iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1 and to iPad 2 running iOS 6.1 - all are working fine.

Just updated and now it doesn't work at all -click on the icon and it bombs out. Reinstalled and that doesn't work either.

Been using this for weeks without any problems. Works great on iPhone 4s

I've just downloaded this app and the voice/pronounciation function isn't working. I need to learn how to pronounce the text, hence the reason for buying the app.
