I dont get the negative reviews tbh, using westbahn and the app for about 1.5 years and at least 3 times in a week, few times the app was bugged (like 3-4 times max.) Its an `app` and up to certain point you can expect bugs from an app just like any other tool. Anyway even in that times i think they fixed it quick and maintaining it regularly. So yeah keep up the good work. Usability is also intuitive, user friendly app. Thanks.

Grundsätzlich finde ich die App sehr gut und übersichtlich gestaltet, aber ich würde mir wünschen, dass Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung ihre ermäßigten Tickets samt Begleitperson direkt in der App kaufen können, um lange Wartezeiten in der Hotline zu vermeiden.

Neuerdings (?) werden Voreinstellung in das Formular von , bis für die Ticketbuchung eingesetzt . 
Leider nicht praktisch , wenn man wieder retour fährt und nicht genau schaut und dann den Zug in die andere Richtung bucht . .. 
einfach den häufigsten Wert einzusetzen ist nicht sehr klug in, einer Ticketapp wo vermutlich die meisten Leute auch wieder zurück fahren. 

Ob man den default Wert selbst einstellen kann, habe ich leider - zumindest unter der Einstellungen - auch nicht rausfinden können.

App ist grundsätzlich ok, aber es werden in einem Abteil 2 freie Plätze angezeigt, die man reservieren kann. Im Abteil sind dann tatsächlich wesentlich mehr Plätze frei (auch nicht reserviert).

Die App und die Website funktionieren an und für sich recht gut und sind übersichtlich. Allerdings steht überall, dass man z.B. Partnerermäßigungen erhalten kann (etwa mit einer ÖAMTC Clubkarte), aber man kann diese Ermäßigung dann nicht bei der Ticketbuchung auswählen! Ist irgendwie widersprüchlich. Bitte um Behebung und Möglichkeit zur Auswahl aller zur Verfügung stehenden Ermäßigungen!

Der Relax Check ist zwar Mega super aber man muss die ÖBB Vorteilscard dann auch herzeigen damit wird man trotzdem gestört bitte eine Option hinzuzufügen damit dieses auch gleich eingescannt werden kann

Leider ist bis heute eine Fahrradreservierung in Kombination mit dem Klimaticket Österreich in Ihrer App nicht möglich. Die anwesenden Stewards haben das bestätigt. Beim KTÖ muss das Fahrradticket immer zum teureren Preis in der Westbahn erworben werden. Es wäre im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit diesen Missstand in Ihrer App zu beheben. Danke!
