The ‘Transactions’ section under ‘Accounts’ displays only completed transactions, inexplicably omitting pending ones. So this is legitimately the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve had to change my password 2 in a week because that was the only working way of getting into my account. Try logging in and get stuck on a loading screen forever. Not a good app. How about we get some good programmer on this and take ourselves into the 21st century. I’m not going to do the developers’ job for them here by describing every bug for them, that’s your job to test and iron out before release. My most obvious bugbears: - The new Home Screen has the option to select favourite accounts. This setting just won’t take, I select the accounts I want, click ok, and then the accounts flick on briefly in the view then disappear and the option to customise your favourite accounts reappears in the Home Screen. - I’ve set up the security option to send pass codes to my devices. When I need to receive that code, I don’t get them. Have tried unlinking my devices and relinking three times now. Still doesn’t work. Now even delinking one device doesn’t work. - and the list goes on. This app is now the worst banking app I’ve ever used, and I use a few. Probably time to close my accounts. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: Please refrain from your standard scripted reply, I’m not interested. I’m no technophobe and I’ve already tried most obvious things to fix such as uninstall, reboot etc Phoning you also doesn’t help as it’s one endless wait, scripted replies but no actual solution.
