Having been customers for nearly 40 years, this place has gradually gotten more difficult to use for local banking services. Each “new” thing has created more of a chance for us to find other financial services in the area. What a shame. The last straw, verifying out loud in the drive thru my account #, my SSN #, my DOB and then also being asked to provide my ID while trying to DEPOSIT a check. Do better.

Even when I was down about my situation. They surprised me and helped me out so many times. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. A big Thank You

Always have trouble with the app and probably going to switch banks here soon because I can never access my information, would give it a zero star if I could
