I had the worst experience ordering from this site. My prepaid order has not been delivered, yet the app shows it as “delivered.” When I tried to contact the delivery partner, the call was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The contact details to the delivery partner - +91 96727 94675

To make things worse, the customer service is absolutely unreachable – no one responds, no one helps, and it seems like they just don’t care once they’ve taken your money. I’ve been trying to get support for days and still no solution.

Honestly, this feels like a scam. I will never order from here again and I advise others to be very cautious. They take your money and disappear.

I have downloaded and redownloaded the westside app more than three times now. It always just gives up. I always Like so many things on the app but cannot ever get to the order page. It just stops showing me all the wishlisted products, does not save my login details, always hangs and creates nonsense. What is the point of having app exclusive clothes and products if you app is going to give up before I save them and order them. I wishlisted 8 products once. Went to use another app and the products were just not displaying in the app anymore. Westside app is like that old uncle who’s perpetually on ventilator but doesn’t want to die. Please do something about your app
