Whatnot: Shop, Sell, Connect

Keep seeing people scam others on Whatnot. One person will pull a God Pack of Pokemon on stream and the stream will suddenly end, with that person suddenly not getting their cards. Another person will pull a good card and swap it out discretely. We need more accountability from sellers. Make sure they send their identity to Whatnot and face reveal before selling, allow them to be reportable to Whatnot, and make punishments for those that scam others.

Postage shown on lives is not what is charged and then customer service just say that it is normal. Deceptive and a rip off

***Warning to international buyers*** Whatnot does not protect buyers from scam sellers. Whatnot will not support your enquiries and instead give you an irrelevant automated response on tiered prices for shipping when sellers add random shipping amounts post purchase. For sellers to be allowed to charge $32USD per trading card (despite clearly stating free shipping on screen and confirming in stream) ridiculous. Bundling all purchases after paying hundreds in postage is a joke. To send one base card with permanent marker stating they sent the cards in a different package is also pathetic. To charge for $200 USD insurance on a worthless package with a false itemised customs declaration is illegal. For Whatnot to say that doesn’t qualify for buyer protection when there is no other package sent is a scam.

Downloaded through an ad because the ad said it offered a product and they don’t so they get a bad review for Completely annoying me. Seems scamy if that’s how they want to get downloads!

Shipping to Australia is minimum 21$ usd or like 30 au no matter the location

Shipping to Australia is 30 dollars aud, which I think is crazy. They could add promo codes for free shipping over certain amounts, that would be a good fix. Otherwise good app, needs more sellers outside USA though.
